Studio Etiquette
Silence Your Phone
Please silence your phone before entering the studio. To maintain a calm,distraction-free environment, avoid phone calls, texting, or browsing duringclass.
Arrive on Time
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. If you arrive late, we recommend waiting for the next class to avoid disturbing others.
Respect Your Fellow Yogis
Yoga is a personal practice. Be mindful of others — adjust your mat quietly andavoid talking during class.
Practice Mindful Hygiene
Come to class clean and fresh, wearing clean clothing. Ensure your mat and props are in good condition. Sanitising stations are available in the studio
Stay on Your Mat
Please stay on your mat during class unless absolutely necessary. This helps maintain focus and respect for others.
Be Mindful of Strong Scent
To create a pleasant environment for everyone, please avoid strong fragrances or aerosol sprays in changing rooms.
Turn Off the Chat
Please refrain from talking during savasana or deep relaxation periods. These moments are for deep rest and stillness.
Listen to Your Body
Don’t push beyond your limits. Let your instructor know if you need adjustments or have concerns about your practice
Keep Your Space Tidy
After class, put away any rented mats and sanitise and return props. Leave the studio as you found it
Be Respectful of Class Transitions
If you need to leave early, please let the instructor know before class starts and exit quietly during a transition (not during balance poses!).
